YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A PROCEEDING GOES FORWARD ON A CLASS BASIS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AND THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES ADJUDICATED BEFORE A JURY OR IN COURT.
